Travel sessions work like any other of my sessions: We'll go over over your brand, your message, and plan for the best location, outfits and props to shoot images that align with your audience and your message, or what I like to call "stories". Your brand tells different stories, my job is to help you tell them.

For the actual traveling, aside of how many days we shoot (average is 1 full day of shooting) I just need to arrive the day before and leave the day after the shoot. I don't expect to stay at a 5 star hotel, in fact I look for the closest and fairly priced AirBnb near our shoot location to keep it low on the lodging and transportation expenses for you.

Same for plane tickets, I look for the fairest price. I'll inform you on the options I found, and after you approve them and pay the invoice I'll take care of all the logistics for my trip, you don't have to worry about coordinating anything.

"I can’t say enough how much I loved having a brand shoot with Ingrid! It was the absolute best experience, she has an amazing eye for photography and for posing. My biggest fear when working with photographers is that they aren’t great with posing and making me look not awkward. Throughout the whole session with Ingrid I was so comfortable and had a ton of fun! Ingrid walked me through each step of the shoot, helping me pose, make sure my angles were good and arranging the props for each shot making sure I had tons of options. Plus I love how she edits the photos based on my brand and not hers, which absolutely sold me on her! I can’t wait for my next shoot with her!"

The creative process

1. Consultation: I'll get to know you and your brand better, we'll discuss your photo needs and how can we create a set with a strategy to achieve your goals. Here's we'll determine the images you need.

2. Planning: I will be creating a plan for the creative direction of the shoot and research locations.

3. Shoot time! After the inspiration has been set, the props sourced I travel to you and we'll will be shooting your new branded images.

4. Delivery: As soon as your images are ready you'll receive a private online gallery to download your beautiful new images! It takes about two weeks to get them to you.
